We live in a culture that glorifies hustle—the endless chase for more. More productivity, more achievement, more…everything. It’s exhausting, and it’s unsustainable.

Many of us slip into autopilot just to get through the day, hoping we can push past the overwhelm if we “just keep moving”. But here’s the spoiler: burnout doesn’t fix itself by doing more.

Burnout is your body and mind asking you to slow down, to breathe, to care for yourself differently.

If you’re feeling the weight of it all right now, I see you, I’m here with you. It’s okay to pause and go outside to bask in the sunlight. To allow yourself to be sun-kissed by the world instead of burnt out from life.
